Personal Info: Tracy is 46 years old with 3 children, 2 dogs, Tillie an 12 year old cocker spaniel that rules the roost and Stanley a 5 year old mad Schipperke and lastly a miniature cat named Jasmine. Tracy started working at BVG in August 1997 and she has now been here for over a decade, she has seen many changes for the good as the practice has evolved. She first started as a part time receptionist while her kids were still at school and moved up through the ranks over the years, having been head receptionist and then 5 years ago she became Practice Manager. Tracy says she loves her job, the people she works for and with and the many clients she has known over the years. Tracy says that Blythwood has been a great place to work and the time has flown by.

Job Description: Hatch End Branch Manager

Personal Info: Marj has worked at Blythwood for 7 yrs and became the branch manager of the Pinner surgery in 2006. She is your first port of call when phoning or coming into the surgery. As well as running "front of house" and answering any account queries you may have, she helps train any new members of staff. To relax Marj enjoys the company of her expanding family : 3 grandchildren with another on the way, and walking her golden retriever "Willow"

Personal Info: Natasha has worked at Blythwood Veterinary Group for 3 years, she started working weekends as a receptionist. In Dec 2007 she decided to join us full time. Last year Natasha progressed to be joint Bushey Branch Manager. She is a huge animal lover and has a variety of her own including 3 dogs, rabbits and a blue tongued skink who is very docile and loves the dogs!
